Anyway....

Not depot lamps but can attest for the finished product! Thanks again Mike....

That means that our pockets aren't quite as deep as Vette owners. Anything associated with a Vette is going to cost more due to the name.

I've actually tried to contact the manufacturers to just sell lenses to no avail

We have no interest in sanding off the nipple because I've just never seen a ground down and polished set look as nice as an untouched brand new lens.

We used to do it to lenses that were already old for lights we (Sommer, lol) whistlered but it is just a travesty to do it to a brand new lens...
You guys sure do think of everything!

But I suppose you're right about the nipples. I personally haven't seen one ground down. But maybe, I'll give it a shot on an old set to have a look.

I don't doubt the time you guys (Sommer!) take to do these headlights, let alone other products. Everything I've seen has been spectacular.

It's a shame they won't sell lenses. I'm sure single lenses would sell rather nicely. Especially nice, flawless ones with not even a single engraved line through it. (The lens being one of the reasons I was looking at projectors, but I couldn't justify a import looking headlight on my car.)

Now, I'm not sure how possible/costly/time consuming it'd be, but do you know what the process would entail to obtain a mold and create them in house? Surely more expensive than the Chinese imports, but I'd reckon it'd be a better quality and more importantly, not supporting Communism.

How long are you running the promo for? Unfortunately Ian Kee stole my money!

EDIT: Google to the rescue...

Those are TSX projectors and GTI shrouds.

TSX projectors would take more work to install than the Morimoto Mini H1 and the TSX is low-beam only. However, the TSX projector is an OEM HID projector as opposed to aftermarket, but I've seen some output shots of the Morimoto which appear better than the TSX.

We are in discussions with Mark at 6LE to provide a quality offering for the 98-02 Camaros. They will utilize a quality projector unit at an affordable price compared to a factory headlight retrofitted with a projector.
