Looks Good!
How is the finish going to hold up on that waterpump pulley?

Its going to get scratched where the belt touches due to dust and grit that gets on the outside of the belt.. not much to be done about it (besides to not run the engine and thats not going to happen)..
In the end it will probley be like the stock pullye where a silver line is worn where the belt rides but it should be less noticable since the pulley is now silver as well.. Maybe I will re-chrome it each year
Unit213: maybe but since the cables run under the STB it would be tough.. ive always had that zip tie there but it was black so nobody really noticed
All hail Steve, King of Bling !

Looks great, no, AWESOME, Steve! (I don't think there's a word to describe it...) So have you decided to go with the Red/Bowtie LS6 Intake plate?
Can't wait to see your car in person... at SLP CAD,right?

That looks awesome....makes it all worth the time when you see the finished product.
Just one question...where did you get that battery cover?
Thanks
When you said you powder coated your brakes, were you just talking about the calipers and brackets or did you do something with your rotors as well? I just bought some AZ rotors and was wondering if I could do something to them to keep the centers from rusting over time.

Vector-Z - it was just the calibers and brackets.
Steve's battery cover is the regular red top cover that he painted Pewter to match the car. We were very surprised that the car fired right up. The only problem was one brake line that did not get tightend up all the way.

Put 50 miles on the car today so its time to change the oil then tune then its all
The calipers were polished then powdered black.. the brackets were also smoothed and then powder painted charcoal grey metallic. the rotors (rear) are baer eradispeeds that are zinc washed. You could have the centers of your rotors powder painted..

Not that I'm one to make suggestions to you , but why haven't you removed the AIR system? It would clean up the engine bay (if it's possible to get any cleaner).

The plain center caps were a clean touch. How do you like that baby cam?

I like my "baby" cam.. lol.. Im waiting until tuning before I get on it but sofar it feels great. I really wanted a good "down low" torqie cam and with the combination of my shorties and CA smog laws I should have a fun to drive smog legal car..
As for the center caps, thanks -- Ive never been one to want to advertise for companies and I like the cleaner more OEM look of the blank caps.. Im currently looking for a place thats capable of frosting a SS on each cap.
Also the reason I still have my air pump.. -- I did have the air tubes silver ceramic coated to make them pretty
Thanks Unit.. i try to catch the obscure details.. and yes the fuel lines are new but they are only temporary until we finish engineering out the new braided fuel lines
Thanks for the comments..
