Default Idea for interior appearance, what you think?

I have been debating for a long time with this idea. I would like to change parts of my interior (seat inserts, door inserts, steering wheel) to raw leather look. A pic would explain better:

I would choose a leatherette kind of material because with real leather the cost would be considerable.

I will keep looking for more examples of what I have in mind.

Thoughts?

Another example:

It would give a very classy look to the TA interior, IMO.

I like it, I say go for it. Any idea on where you would get the material? This would look good in my challenger when I redo the panels that I wrapped in ebony type material.

I think the tan leather would clash with the silver/black combo you have now. I wouldn't do it.

Well I tried visualizing that raw leather in my SS and cant picture what it would look like. Might look good, and don't forget its YOUR interior so do something that you like, most people will only see the outside anyway.

Good luck! Keep an update on what you decide to do.

The hue of the leather must be dark, like this:

I have seen some exotics in silver body color and dark raw leather finish, looks good man.

It does look good . The whole theme of your car with the rims n stuff would pull it off well . A silver ta with some torque thrusts , not so much lol . I think the seat inserts and door panels , then the same color stitching on the steering wheel, shift **** and boot and ebrake would look killer without being too much. Kinda just like that TT pic . Maybe instead of the common crossthread stitch on the steering wheel , use a hexagonal stitch...which look a million times better imo.
