Thanks man! I never thought this mod was worth it, until I did it on my last TA. Love it!

Believe it or not, it's just an overlay.

Thanks! 46,000 miles it better be clean.

I have some more cleaning and a lot left to do, but if anyone has suggestions feel free to throw them my way!

Now just plug those holes from removing the wires.

move the grounds on the radiator support to the bottom of the support to hid those wires, move the ground wire on the drivers side fender-well under the fuse box and delete the EGR system.

i spent about 6 hours doing all my wires and removing the EGR system. i used a 1-3/8 steel freeze plug(.94 cents at advance auto parts) on my intake to plug the EGR hole.

looks very clean! also u can remove the hose on the drives fender-well and relocated the hood latch cable inside the fender

I've wanted to do this for so long yet I'm afraid I'd screw something up. I imagine one day I'll get bored and go to work. And I second the notion to get rid of your EGR. Did it one night and it took about 30 minutes. Bolts on the manifold were a little stubborn and I didn't have my best extensions with me but it turned out great in the end!
