If you are going with a WOW factor and proven HP gain, MTI lid.

 

The clear MTI looks the best out of all the lids just poorly made and a BITCH to get fit right with a bellow. Other then that I loved it and everyone would always comment about it when I had it in shops.

 

Just to offer my personal experience, I've had no problems with my MTI lid. I know 2 of different companies that produced them (not sure what the other one is off hand) and that a lot of people seemed to have issues a while back. I'm not sure if they made a new mold and fixed any previous issues but I ordered mine from WS6store about a year ago and have never had an issue. It fits just fine, seals up perfectly, the clamps never pop off and always stay latched, and it clears my SS hood which I have heard some people say their lid rubs on.

There is a few of them have had those issues out of hundreds sold. I don't have a problem with mine and it's been 5-6 years since I bought it.

 

The Volant is probably more functional, but looks retarded IMO. The MTI looks way better and is already a good intake.

This. Although I kinda like the UPD lids from back in the day... I switched to a Blackwing lid from my clear lid only because the Blackwing looks stock and goes with the sleeper look.
