If the middle was lined up with the bumper and didn't stick out I'd like it more. And put fog lights behind it! Haha but I do like the concept

x1,000,000 on needing to be recessed... which would require a custom bumper... that almost no F-body owners would want to pay for.

The grille in the pics is just a Cadillac one I cut down to see if I liked the egg crate design.

The real one would fit perfect like a billet one.

Also, the Sunoco car has the center piece cut out, glassed in and then the grille is recessed. You can easily do that with one of our bumpers but factory would be more of a PITA...

^^The reason is ours are flexible FG so easier to work with than urethane AND you have to remove part of the styrofoam support so factory would sag where as ours are stiff enough they don't need it to retain shape...

Once an actual prototype is made I think some of you will change your mind. We did this just to get an idea.

PS Mark did I give you your grill back, it seems I have misplaced it..LOL..

Doubtful as he has his own version, which can easily be modified to look more like the Sunoco.

I would like to see it mounted on a car with a regular front bumper to get a better idea, but so far I like the idea

I don't have any impact support or foam in either of my cars and my stock bumpers have no sag.
