Rear Firebird seats vs Rear Trans Am seats
Ok, so obviously the difference between the two seats is the cover material. One is the lame *** cloth, the other is leather. Say I wanted to take one of the buckets from a base Firebird and wrap it with an ebony seat cover from a Trans Am or a Firehawk, would that be the only difference? Or is there any difference in the foam padding or anything like that? Thank you!

Why don't you just snag up a nice set of rear seats for your car an sell off your stock seats? Seems easier to me. Rear seats are almost always blemish free as they are rarely used by many people.

lol no one will buy the stock seats, because no one wants them. Finding a nice set locally in good condition isn't easy either. Will cost me less than $200 to get mint condition covers for them and just put those on instead, and I don't have to deal with the hassle of finding anyone with nice seats to buy from, and they all seem to want more than 200

I've parted out 2 thirdgens and 1 fourthgen..I've always been able to sell the rear cloth seats.
Rear leather seats can be had for $200 or less if you look hard enough. That ebay link is evidence.

Working smarter indeed, thank you for that idea sir!
