The install was a success. Below is a sneak peak with complete pictures/output shots and further details to be posted tomorrow evening. We are very pleased with the results. The shot below was just with a camera phone. The pics to be posted tomorrow were taken with a very high quality camera.

Our photographer was very ambitious and got me the pics earlier than expected so no point in waiting until this evening to post them. Overall the install went well but being this was the first time, things took a little longer than expected.

To install the lights, all that was required is drilling 3 small holes in the headlight header panel per housing. All of the wiring is plug and play so its simply a matter of how well you want to hide the wires. Two relay harnesses are used for the 4 light kit so in the event of an issue, you still have a backup harness to power two of the other lights. Safety first!

As you can see from the pics, the housings fit without issue and nothing pokes out from the hood line. Studs in the back of the housing run through the holes drilled in the header panel and fasten with lock nuts for adjustment. There is not a lot of room back there so this was the most difficult part of the install. A ratcheting wrench and other small tools will be recommended to make the install easier. Some of them will need to be accessed from below the front bumper. The install was completed without removing the front bumper however if someone is so inclined, it would certainly speed up the install time. Some further adjustment will be needed to align all of the new lights but it was getting late....AND COLD so we called it a night.

Big thanks for Shownomercy for letting us use his car and also to the local NJ crew for assisting with the install.

Well enough talk, on to the pics!!

It would also be nice to see a picture of the install from the engine compartment with the hood up.

This isn't the best time to launch a new product especially with all of the holiday shopping. Everyone has been patiently waiting (well somewhat ) but we didn't want to hold this up any longer. We are not going anywhere so just let me know when you are ready.

This is a difficult market and these lights won't be cheap so it will be understandable if customers don't have their money in hand ready to go. There have been so many failed attempts and empty promises before so I can't blame the market for abandoning the idea that a quality lighting solution would become available. As I've mentioned to you personally, this is one of those projects which we knew was going to take a lot of time with potentially little payoff. Some things need to be done just to say it was possible.

He is a friendly guy....

See below on rough pricing.

The website will be updated once we get the final pricing together. For the two, bi-xenon projector housings with everything needed, I am estimating a price of $575+shipping and around $1k for all four. The systems are totally separated so a customer could purchase one set now, and the other two later. If there are enough interested customers, we can work to bring the costs down significantly.

Here is what will be included for either the 2 or the 4 housing setup:

- Assembled/sealed housings - bi-xenon projector, Delrin CNC machined housing, drilled/tapped, lexan front protective lens.

- Fully plug and play relay harness along with PnP connectors for the high beam solenoid

- HID kit with choice of color temperature

- Stainless steel hardware

- Instruction manual

We want to get more testing done to assure these continue to work as they should before releasing these for sale.

$1000 bucks to see a million times better at night, and they bolt in on top of that?

Worth it.
