Default Where to buy H.I.D.'s

Well I've done some seaching and was going to buy low & fog light hids from ddmtunnings. But after reading a post in another section saying their bulbs don't match and there in a lawsuit. I'm unsure. Can someone please point me in the right direction so I can order them. Also they are going in an 01 camaro ss. Thanks

DDM ftw...

Personally ide say do some looking on google and whatever you do stay away from xentec's

where ever you buy from, just make sure they have a good warranty

I've been buying my HID kits from VVME for 7 or so years now. They ship from China but typically take 3-4 business days to show up for 95% of my orders. I've only had 1 ballast and 1 bulb issue in those 7 years.

I've used a set of Xentecs in my last 2 cars and my current Camaro.

No problems at all.

Only buy from DDM if you're willing to wait up to a month for your order...

DDM. I never had to wait long for it. I've had DDM on over 5 of my cars and they never gave me any issues.

it all depends on the temperature you get.... 6k is about the whitest you can get... each site seems to have its own color chart, so make sure to check before you order anything

Who makes those HID's? The color I think looks closest to high end vehicles is between the 8k and 10k.

I notice HID makers all have different colors for the same temp

Rocks.......you're smoking them

BMW, Mercedes Audi etc all look like 5000k mayyyybe 6000k. Never seen a 'high end car' come with 8000k-10000k blue from the factory.

If I were to get an HID kit I would get the DDM tuning kit or a Xentec off Ebay.
