If anyone is still on the fence about trying to get one of these, I really can't speak highly enough of just how awesome McNord is with the design process. You can see my final design above, which started out as a fairly generic idea and McNord turned it into something way better than I could have imagined.

I really ran him through the ringer with alterations and he was incredible with making sure that it was exactly what I wanted. This is really an amazing setup that 6LE and McNord have put together to bring completely custom overlays to the community.

I wouldn't take his kindness in extending the sale as indication that he's actually not going to stop making these, more that he is once again going out of his way to bring phenomenal products to the F-body community.

Thanks a ton 6LE and McNord, you guys are awesome and I can't wait to buy more of your products.

And for those who think the price is ridiculous, McNord and I swapped ~14 e-mails and almost as many revisions to my design for just my one overlay. I can only imagine how many other people he's done that for. The price is NOTHING when you consider the quality of the end product and the time and work put into making what you want.

My friend bought a set, and I must say, it's quite awesome. He showed me the pics last week. However, for the price I could have gotten front coilovers and adjustable Koni's. The overlays are badass pieces, but I just couldn't justify the coinage. I hope my friend posts up the pics - he hardly every posts, though. Pewter T/A 2000.

What a disrespectful thing to say about a GREAT COMPANY who steps up for this community!!! You will not be buying one for that price for 2 reasons...
  1. They ARE SELLING the machines
  2. You will only pay that price range for a used one that someone doesn't want

Go be an *** clown somewhere else

Where can you get coilovers and Konis for $250?

To anyone on the fence, just jump and get them. I was blown away on how awesome my proof came out. For the price it really can't be beat. Cheers to Brian and Mark for bringing such a great product out.

I emailed Brian a couple days ago just to be curious and ask about shipping times, though I'm in no hurry. He said with the influx of orders he's at about 3-4 weeks. That's after a proof has been approved.

yup, stripped down and simple. 10 mph increments wouldn't fit on the 94 gauge layout. No hate for the guys that want fancy pics in the background or wild colors. I want minimalist design. Not for everyone, but it's what I dig and they made it happen. I'm happy and grateful. If I change my mind and want the outline I'll pick up their stainless surrounds.

Get em now guys, I put it off the 200mph gauges for years, now or never.

I did the same, my overlay showed up friday after work. Shipping it with my cluster Monday! Can't wait to see it all together and back in the car.

Overlay looks fantastic too, great service from 6LE, I will be purchasing many more items from them in the near future!

Ya I hear you. I guess my mindset is for the price I would have to go crazy with it.

Thanks, car is white, has blue accents in the engine bay, blue '69 bowtie in the grill, blue Wilwood calipers, etc...so though I would repeat the theme with the gauges. Some of the other ones here are really nice. I was nervous about a dramatic background and went the simple route as I didn't want to regret what they look like in 5 years and wish I had stayed simple.

The page is still up so yes you can still order these. They said they were going to take it down today however. I believe you can pay half now, and half before it ships.
