Do you have to remove/replace the needles to do one of these?

Does anyone have any night shots of one with the stock bulbs not LED's?

How about delaying this for 1 month.
It would allow for folks to have access to more funds, tax returns.
I just can't afford it now, but a month delay would be GREAT!!!

I can see both sides ....why you are stopping, and also why people haven't bought yet.

Perhaps you (6LE) could make a limited run of 1-3 certain styles just before you sell the machine, and be stocked for a while without the option for doing custom work after that. If you got the machine and materials already in stock, you might as well use up your stock before the machine is sold off.

+1 For more time. Maybe we should do a poll? I think if more people new about this they would be willing to buy.

No, frankly they wouldn't. The reality is, it boils down to Econ-101; Supply, Demand and Equilibrium Price.

This thread is a favor from 6LE to make a "win-win" situation for both his company and those that were on the fence. Not "Hey, LS1Tech, will you all promise to suddenly buy these next month, even though you said you would before I started making them?" And the 6 people that may not have known these existed? Well, now they do, and they know how to order. For those that want to wait a few months before paying the $225; PayPal with a credit card. You'll be fine.

Printing 10 or so of a few "safe" designs while he's still got the machine to keep in stock would be a good idea though. Who cares if the gas gauge symbols show a fraction, circle or "E" and "F." I think most people would buy something that looked like it fit or could have come from the factory than they would a custom "flaming-ghost-ninjas-waving-checkered-flags-at-blue-skull warriors" design.

something like the first one on the website, that is simple, classy, sharp, and not over the top, would sell to a broader range of people. That's IF he decides to stock up on some.

I don't think it matters what we say now unfortunately. I do think in the future, Mark should give us a better warning on when they are going to pull the plug on a product. That way us buyers that were holding of don't end up between a rock and a hard place. Hell, even a warning might save the product from disappearing for good. I know we could have put the word out on various car forums to get tons of new business. Yea, maybe the F-body market has slowed, but there was plenty of opportunity in other car enthusiast markets. Just saying....

I appreciate 6LE is out here innovating, I support him. If he decides to invest his resources in some projects vs others, I respect that. A couple of years ago these overlays were only available in limited group purchases, until they invested in the machine. Since then, McNord has made many of these great appearance enhancers to our specification, and now the organization wants to focus on items that they are more interested in, or perceive may be more a more profitable use of their money and time. Limited resources lead to limited product offerings, let's consider the thought that Mark, Mike, McNord and any others involved need to make difficult decisions in order to continue to offer innovative items that we all love. Unless you are investing in 6LE, lets respect their choices.
