I can't see how people like that. Hope my criticism isn't takin the wrong way but it just doesnt look like it belongs on a car.

Am I the only one?

Did these things change or something? I remember looking at them months ago and thinking they were hideous, now I think they look pretty decent.

My cheapo from eBay broke after like 200 miles, looks like I'll be picking up one of these.

It's definitely a nice piece especially for the price. to Bitviper for make a nice product.
There is no need to make another thread, makes it easier to look for if everything is in one place.

I tried sending a pm to BitViper but didn't get a response. Does anybody know if I can still get one of these and how I can contact the maker?

Also, I saw a thread on how to convert the TransAm so it would accommodate the BitViper antenna. The thread listed the Camaro parts needed and gave step by step instructions with pictures. I can't find the thread. Help please...

Thanks!

i have used the BitViper antenna for the past 7 years. A few years ago someone actually stole mine off the car in a parking lot. luckily i was able to get another one! they look like they belong on the car. And he is a great guy to deal with, i can still remember pulling up into his driveway a new owner of my Camaro in 2006 and having a nice conversation and getting a great antenna.

Old thread, but wanted to give a shoutout to BitViper for the shorty antenna. Looks great, fits great, good price. Highly recommended!
