Thumbs up Stainless Steel Camaro SS Hood scoop insert

I just got done making a stainless steel insert for my SS hood scoop. I'm still messing around with the sizes a bit, but I've gotten it close enough to get some pics of it.

It uses the original black insert and just overlays on the top. When I'm happy with it, I will cut out the the mesh and leave just the black outside with the clips on it and stainless steel insert on the inside.

When I get this one finished, I'm going to see if I can make one that says 409 STROKER in the grille

Let me know what you guys think!

I havnt got to work on this much...been real busy. I did get the fit a lot better though. One or two more test cuts and it should be perfect. I'll have more updates tomorrow night or Tuesday afternoon.
