What is the best product to remove scratches/scuff marks?
Title pretty much says it all. My Mom's car got backed up into a trash can and has a little scratch/scuffing on the rear end. Thanks guys

Depends on how deep.
If you can catch it solidly with a fingernail, its too deep. But for more shallow scuffs I always have done well with Meguiar's Ultimate Compound. Found everywhere. It is close to their M105 (high cut buffer chemical) but you can apply by hand.
I would do....
- Wash
- Claybar
- Dry
- Apply compound with a Terry Cloth (higher cut).
- Use passion and rub it in, different directions working out scratches and anything transfered on paint. FIRM but even pressure. Try to fold the hand towel.
- Wipe with Micro fiber, inspect, and decide to hit it again.
- Seal/Wax.
- Move Trashcans.
