I guarantee that you'll win something in the first show you put that beast in! I'd be willing to make a wager on it! The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time

Of course, I'm sure both Steve and I are going to drive the hell out of these cars and actually enjoy them for a while.
Can't wait.
wahusker - the headers are S&P ones that he had coated locally. Also the pulley was powder coated and then the front was polished.

Like Rob said.. its a turn one pulley that I had powdered to match the car. Then I had the face of it polished and after that the whole thing was clear powder painted..
Im not selling.. I have about 5 years worth of projects planned for the car to keep if fun and fresh.. Mini-tub.. Forced Induction.. HRE wheels and eventually I will probley switch it to a T56 setup.. i did the auto now for a change of pace and have fun cruising and drag racing.. the nice part is that the 69 will never go out of style. will not depreciate and will provide me with a car i can tweak, improve on and enjoy for a LONG time.. Of coarse if someone offered me what I have into it or more i might consider.. its fun building and designing and im not one to turn down a profit..
Someone asked so here it is.. at the end of the project I will have $40k into the car counting buying it.. now I got a little screwed on the purchase but i got $$ back from the seller, sold a lot of the unneeded parts and got some cheap and free parts/services from sponsors. Thanks for all the responses and the next time I post an update it will be home in the garage and fitted out will all the "stuff".. It might be spending a week at the race car cage fabricator

BEAUTIFUL...just BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!
