Default EL12's, but signal won't work

Hey guys, i'm about to install clear corners and i got the LED 3157's, 194's, and two EL12 flashers. I connected everything but now when i use the turn signal or hazards my DRL's (3157's) blink instead of my 194's. And my 194's don't work at all. Any ideas?

Which ones are the 194s? Are they the ones on the side of the car? If so, I dont think they blink even in stock configuration. Can anyone confiorm this?

They are the little bulbs that point to the side. I know the rear ones do not blink, I cannot recall for the life of me if the front ones do, or not.

I do believe the 194's do not blink. Just a side marker. The front, too.

I just checked on my car (a 2001 Formula). The side markers don't blink with either the signals or hazards. Only the DRLs and the taillights blink.
