I have a silver TA and I originally painted them red but I got sick of them: they drew too much attention to the brakes. Now I have the rears painted black and left the C5 fronts as is (dark gray). So I'd say black if you want calipers that look good but keep a low profile, JMO.

I went with Duplicolors' Anadoized Blue. Looks great on my C6 calipers. I polished the raised corvette lettering after I painted them. Backs match as well. I sanded down the brackets and calipers to get the casting flash out of them, sand blasted, primered, painted. It's worth the time if you want it to look good and have some pride in it. The previous owner never even took the calipers off the car, and the poor paint work and quality showed. I got probably over 10-14 hours in my set-up, however.
