Default Did some subtle appearance mods...

Before I get started i want to make a disclaimer...

I know it "needs rims" and "needs to be lowered" but aside from that I felt like the car needed a little bit more so I did a few cheap mods.

Before:

Now after some plasti-dip, niteshade, and a few hours here it is:

Spare berger:

Swapped corner lenses:

Added bowtie:

Thats it for now the subtle touches make it that much better.

Tell me what you think

Looks improved. I'm not a big fan of the bowtie in the front grille, but ehh...

The rear emblem look out of place. The bowtie in the back is really tiny. I don't understand though you plasti dipped the other berger added the chrome lettering to it and didn't put it on?

I like what you've done. but honestly, I don't understand the allure of plasti-dip. I've used it on several occasions (always as a temporary thing), and while it is GREAT to be able to see how something will look painted black, it never looks right when you have other deep/glossy black accents on the car. Plasti-dip is flat black, and when it's next to a glossy black, unfortunately it just looks faded. Why not just use real paint? It'll look a hell of a lot better. Look at the first pic you posted when the paint was wet.. that looks waaaayyy better with the hood/lights, so it'd def look better in a deeper/glossier black

either way though, it looks better with the new touches. I like where you're going with it

I'll put it on when I get home from school today. Already put the inserts and everything on before I repainted the car but it needed to be redone so I used plastidip.

I'm suprised so many people don't like the emblem in the middle but its staying there but if the berger looks good I might throw it on there for a bit.

I think maybe next week I might paint the front grille glossy black because your right it deff looks better glossy. Maybe I can find someone who wants to trade a gloss black berger for a flat one...

I like the center emblem on the Berger panel but without the bowtie above it. And I agree with doing a gloss Berger and grille instead of matte.

Looking good. I personally don't like niteshaded taillights on red Lt camaros. The taillights blend in well with red and the niteshade makes them stick out.

In a way, that's why I tinted them. I do like the non tinted look however

Looks good man, when you get wheels coat them black. Red and black combos look sick.

Looks good! I actually like the emblems, gives it an old school feel. I think the emblems in the back will look better with the berger panel because the red on the bowtie and the Z will stand out more. The bowtie upfront might look a little awkward because the license plate is there but I still like it. A drop would improve the look so much!

Thanks. I might plastidip the red panel and see how it looks with the emblems and if I don't like it then ill just take it off. The old school theme was the theme I was trying to go for and you're the first to notice that haha. I'm looking forward to the rims and drop I think it will finish off the look I'm going for. Regardless, I'm satisfied.

Thanks guys
