That's not an LED, that's an HID. What makes you think the bulb is bad? It also could be the ballast that powers the bulb.

Swap the ballasts or bulbs from one side of the car to the other. If you swapped the ballasts and the issue stays on the side of the car with the issue, its the bulb. If it moves, it's likely the ballast.

The common ebay projector housings for the Camaro use either an H1 or H3 bulb. They are definitely different. You need to confirm which one before buying.

So guess there NOT the H3s or any of the others listed. These only have two wires that go from the bulb to the box. Like in the pics below. Can anyone help??? Now these are a couple years old so I don't know if everyone changed their HID style or what but I cant find these anywhere!

All Aftermarket HID kit bulbs only have 2 wires (like the bottom pic above). Those other wires you see (in that middle pic) are for a harness or if the power wires for the bulb are imbedded in the headlight housing (not the case with the Camaro).

Since you only need the bulbs, just get the correct bulbs for your headlights and don't worry about the extra wires. They won't connect to anything in your setup so remove them (they are only held there by the grommet and not connected to anything). You probably don't need that extra rubber grommet that those wires pass through in your setup either.

What headlights do you have?

Also, there is more than one kind of H3 HID bulb on the market. Some are physically shorter which puts the HID bulb's arc closer to the correct position of the Halogen H3 bulb's filament. If you need an H3, get the shorter one.

The top pic above looks like a "short" H3 on the left and either a H4 or 9000 series on the right (hard to tell from just that angle).

Are you running a relay harness for your lights? If not def get one of those first. If you have one better chances it's gonna be the ballast from my experience.

Like others have said, do some diagnostics before buying parts. Swap the bulbs left/right.

If the problem follows the bulb, then the problem is the bulb. If the problem stays on the same side, then the problem is the ballast.

Double-check all electrical connections. Disconnect, inspect, re-connect.

Also, as others have noted, installing a Relay Harness (if you don't have one) may fix the problem as well.
