Default Custom Instrument Cluster for 98-02 F-Body

So who makes these. I'm just curious. I have seen it done before, but the idea is to put digital gauges where the stock dash use to be, but to keep all the lights as well like the CEL, blinkers, and parking brake lights to keep it legal. Anyone Makes these?

do you have a picture of what youre trynna do? Ive seen GTO's do this a bit more often. But they are custom made. I dont think anyone makes them other than the dash pad gauge pods.
