So after 13 years, my rear tail lights are melting, passenger side worse than the driver's side. This Florida sun plus driving during the day has killed them. I'm thinking about getting these tail lights.



Anyone have pics of these on their car? I can't seem to find the stockers anywhere.

I was looking at these when i had my Fbody, i decided not to because of the clear plastic i thought it would make it look cheap. I wanted LED brake/turn signals but couldnt find anything that fit my tastes.

maybe if you tinted the lights they would look pretty good but ive never seen them on a camaro yet

 

I'm still looking since I can't find the OEM ones anywhere. Which ones do you guys like besides OEM? I'm open to suggestions.

i have some up for sale too. I could split the set. i was selling the black front corner and rear side markers with the tails but shouldn't have a problem selling them separate from the tails... These are off an '02 So they have the amber turn signals as well.

 

How do they look when the lights are on? No need for LEO questioning.

Go with Exports

 

They are dark for sure. When you see them in the daylight you can see the colors of the lights thru the tint so they aren't overly dark but any tint on the tails is gonna cut down on output.

If I'm not mistaken, the exports are the ones with the yellow on the outside edge. I'll see if I can find those.

 

There was a set on Ebay not long ago. I never cared for them personally. I'd go LT style before them

I personally don't think this style of the ones you originally posted are too bad. Tint them and make them more of a dark cherry and they could look real good.

 

Here's a picture if mine, it took me a while to get them but it was worth the wait.



They are kinda expensive and I could try to find the forum member that sells them if your interested
