Well I have only had them on for a couple days now and only driven at night two times so far. No one has flashed me and I don't think anyone will because it isn't like I have HIDs in the stock reflector housings. The projectors should not be blinding anyone especially sense I have them aimed correctly. If you have the time and the financials to do this mod, I highly recommend it. These projectors just put out a ridiculous amount of light.

Ya I looked at all the other write ups on here of people doing this retrofit. They just look so awesome and they are a great upgrade you can do to optimize the light output. I will never get a pair of ebay projectors again after seeing what the difference is between a halogen projector and a real HID projector like these.

Well dude i picked up a beautiful pair of OEM headlights. Clean, no hazing so i'm gonna do projectors in those instead so i will have to open them up anyway. I'll just sell my whistlered stockers. I'm not sure if i'm gonna whistler mod the new ones or not. I likely will completely shoot the lows in black and whistler the highs so that they'll still work if need be... Also got the Mini H1's and the HID kit

Silicone lets off some nasty vapors that can chemically etch the inside of the clear lens when heated up. The etching looks like a faint haze with a barely noticeable crinkle like pattern on the lens surface. Further, its a bit of bitch if you ever have to disassemble. When you heat up silicone, it doesn't get soft and pliable like the butyl rubber or OEM type urethane adhesive. Alot of people use it but I personally wouldn't. I especially would not use silicone on the Ebay type aftermarket lights. All of those housings are made of polypropylene plastic and silicone just wont stick to it. I mean itll hold, and hold good enough to not leak water if you get a good bead around it, but with force you can pull the lens right off the housing.
Butyl rubber and urethane adhesive create a substantially better bond and to me are much easier to work with.

Yo Chris, about the bumper. Do you have any support for the grille opening without the center plastic there anymore of did you just cut it and fill and leave it. Also what about the bumper foam. Did you completely remove that. Got a write up on the process you followed with that? PM me bro, looks good from the pics on this
