Camaro to T/A Dash Swap
Camaro to T/A Dash Swap After putting my new 6LE racing seats in my car. I had the chance to buy T/A door panels to go along with the white leather seats. After putting the seats in I have put more thought into the door panels and how much better it would look with the black and white T/A door panels. So of course it envoled into wanting a T/A dash.
I've google'd and I have checked other forums and I can't get a definitive answer on what it will take to swap dashes. Or if I have to switch dashes to use the T/A door panels with my current Camaro dash and now that I think about it. Will I have issues swapping a complete T/A door panel on a Camaro door?

You can use just the door panels, or you can do a whole swap. There is a nub you will have to cut off the Pontiac panels. The dash swap is straight forward on your vehicle, no wiring or anything else to mess with. Just make sure you get the HVAC ducting with it when you buy the dash.

Actually the wiring between the dashes is the same from what i remember, i did the swap in my camaro, only thing that i can remeber was had to wire in the fog lights since the plug was different and and had to extend the wires like 2 feet sice the T/A fog switch is on the left next to the dimmer, other than that its all straight forward same bolt locations and grounding points, just make sure you get a complete dash
