I like the red threading to go with the red SS.. i bet it'll look good when all is said and done.

Did you get the GTO leather boot with the red threading as well?

damn! i knew that question was gonna come up...ya i ordered it like 2-3 months ago...but the dealership said GM was out! So im waiting...and waiting...and tomorrow im gonna go in there with a baseball bat...and if that doesn't work im going to the pontiac dealership across the street (which has a red gto btw) with a pair of scissors...and im gonna get my stupid boot!!!

its close, but the shifter doesn't fit on the pro 5.0, as demonstrated in these 2 pictures.


it does however, fit perfectly onto a stock (non-hurst) shifter.

Ok, so it fits on the stock (non-hurst) which means it'll fit on the stock (hurst) shifter also as the holes are the same.

Now, how tall is the stock, in comparison to the LSS?

I love that shift ****, but love how the LSS makes the throw so short.

Any info on height comparisons?

wow this is still going, lol.

good to know stock and hurst are the same, i have Hurst with LSS right now =) didn't like the Pro 5.0. you got any part numbers stoleit ? maybe i'll just visit parts dept tomorrow. or can we buy this stuff cheaper online ??
