Any interest in us bringing the Trans Am DIFFUSERS back?
The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
As you guys know we stopped producing the Trans Am rear diffusers over a year ago. They were previously made in China and sometimes would take OVER six months to get. It was bringing our company down so we had to let them go.
We recently however paired up with RK Sport to start making things in the USA. This has worked EXTREMELY well for our roofs and spoilers. We're going to now extend the new product line to the diffusers...
The production process (redesigning the piece for better fitment, molding and producing) starts next week. To get the ball rolling we're offering the first 10 pieces at a $100 discount (below our cost) just to get some on cars and get the hype going again.
If you're receiving this you're one of about 30 who expressed interest in purchasing one. Now's your chance
! Click on the link below, the price in red is what you pay ($100 off)...http://6litereaterdesigns.com/store/...=166_22_39_216
Of course they will not ship for 4-6 weeks but you get to be one of the first ten, anyone who wants to send us pictures for the site we'd love to use, and of course you're getting it below cost for your patience!
No need to ask if there's any still available before you order, if the page is still up and the price is still red there are still some available, thanks!

Here's my install:
With all the comments regarding 3M tape not being enough to hold the corners of the diffuser, I chose to cover most of the area with 3M adhesive tape - might be a little overkill.

Left side turned out "OK". There was some fitment issues with the bottom corner; not that it wasn't adhering, but the diffuser was oddly shaped and didn't fit the rear bumper's contour.

Here's how I attached the bottom which I recommend for anyone else contemplating purchasing one. Two bolts with two washers on each, fitted with a nylon stopping nut.

Now the passenger side is giving me problems. The top, right corner isn't conforming to the bumper's contour well. I took it off, heated it with a heat gun and tried again - not much more I can do.

Now when I tried tightening the two bolts on the passenger side, the top passenger corner would bend outward. I have no idea where to go from here. If I fasten the bottom part to the rear bumper, I'll have a large gap at the top. I figure the gap at the bottom is better to have than a gap at the top appearance-wise. I might cut off the extending part so that it doesn't catch on something and tear off though.

All-in-all, I'm not ecstatic about the diffuser. The rear definitely looks more aggressive and I love the look but because I'm a perfectionist, my excitement for the new look has been dwindled by the poor fitment.

Any kind of package deal if I buy a front splitter too?

Not many companies left that invest in making 4th gen parts these days, Kudos to you guys, as always Mark!
