Sharing some pics of my berger project.
It took nearly four days of sanding, painting, wet sanding, and finishing but thats what you gett when you use a spray can paint lol. Here's some of the pics of the process. Didnt get to see it on the car in the daylight today but tomorrow is the charm. I think it may need a good polishing but I dont have the tools to do that.

Thanks, All I can say is keep your coats even and wetsand wetsand and wetsand some more, I started with large grained 80 grit to get all the silver clear, then pumped up to 120 then 360, then sprayed filler primer and wetsanded 600 then sprayed base, wetsanded @ 2000, sprayed another base, 2000 then the clear, and 2000 followed by some rubbing compound. I hope it shines well enough in the daytime to not have to worry bout getting it polished, but we'll see, it def needs it to be perfect tho.

Didn't want to hijack the other guys thread on here but to recap what I've done since I first started this thread.
the original paint I finished a few years ago at the top of this post came out a little too matte in appearance and I've been wanting to fix it.
last month I took it off, went through the tedious task of removing that double sided tape for the emblems off the panel and emblems.
I chose to sand it down and repaint it metallic black before putting emblems back on. Waited on my new Porter cable polisher and polished it nice and shiny then waxed it up real good.
