Looks good! How's the seat height vs stock?

Sits a couple inches lower, but it can be raised up more on the bracket with spacers. I'm 6' so I set the seat and bracket to my comfort.

How's the material on these? I was leaning toward cloth but these look really nice in the pictures.

Its the pleather or synthetic leather. Its a soft leather like material.

Thanks for the info. I've been looking for seats that sit lower than stock.

Thanks. I'll get some updated photos posted with the T tops off. I also added the seat belt loops. Wasn't so sure they would look good, but they actually look like they belong on the seat.

Looks great. Once you get more black leather and red stitching in the car to match it it will look incredible.

If those were available in an alcantara (faux suede) material, without the red stitching, I would buy them in a heartbeat.

Added center console and shift boot. Need to play with the center console some more since its padded it doesn't appear smooth. Might need to add some extra padding on the sides to smooth it out more.

I'm wondering if any other seats can be used with these adapters.
Did you have to drill holes into the bracket to make it fit exactly match the seats?

Something like seats out of a Acura RSX or Cobalt SS would be a great stock seat replacement.

Brackets are universal. May have to drill holes to line up though depending on the seat used. To line up those seats you don't have to drill holes to fit them, but if you 6' or larger you will to move them back more.

Let me ask this, are the head rests useful? The factory trans am seats have the headrests too low, and too far back for them to be useful while driving, but these look like they are better.

Do the seats slide anymore or is it a fixed position?

That looks great with the extra red accents!

As for headrest...I think they're more to prevent your neck from snapping back in a crash, not for resting your head on them while driving. No car I've ever had has been comfy for that, even my Volvo, which has amazing seats.

My Saab 9-3 has the active headrest and you can rest your head comfortably on them while driving.

VERY nice!!! Yeah man colored stitching is one of those things that doesn't look quite right if it's only the seats, but once you get some more red stitching here and there it looks REALLY good!

It's looking really nice now. As for the center console: mine looks about the same way. The padding kind of sticks out a bit on that passenger side. Still looks better than that awful looking plastic/rubber that comes factory.

man those seats are NICE!

Quick question about your shifter stick...It looks like the Hurst chrome MID height stick? Any problems with clearances? Looks great!
