Corsa Clones?

Corsa Clones? Bought a set of Corsa clones with a supposed 2.5 inch in and 4 inch out. Problem is they are 2 5/8 in and have a lot of slop. I don't want to weld them on so any suggestions?
Mine were the same when I got them. I just took an angle grinder and cut a few notches in them and bent them in a bit. I also used an expander to enlarge the ends of my tailpipes a bit. Use a good sturdy clamp and tighten them down good.

well I just bought two 2 1/2 inch ID adapters from auto zone and cut 2 inch pieces, took cut wheel and sliced one side so I could spread them open to fit around my existing 2 1/2 inch OD pipes. Once I slid them on there my Corsa's fit nice and snug over them,, clamped them down tight and now good to go*
