How To Take Apart Seat?

How do you separate the top of the seat from the bottom of the seat?

Two big torx bolts are the hinge points.

I see the torx bolt on the side toward the console, but I don't see in on the outer side, the side with all the electronics as I am taking apart the drivers' seat, where exactly is it?

It should be on the door side of the seat under that access panel that houses the electronics.

Just follow the metal tab down on the driver's side that's connected to the upper seat back.

If you could snap me a pic of the seat on this side I could point you right to it.
