Default Want to see OEM (dealer installed?) mud flaps.

I need to get some type of protection for my quarter panels and front fenders, and have decided to install mud flaps. I'm after a molded plastic style, not a universal rubber sheet. I've seen the Z06 guards, the 6LE guards, but nothing as far as an OEM type mud flap.

A couple of the aftermarket manufacturers have Camaros listed, but they are a universal set, that are available with different contours. I have yet to see a pic of anything like this installed.

Can someone post up pics of flaps, and any sources you know. I haven't been able to find anything either manufactured, or sold by GM.

I understand that basically everyone hates them, but I need them for functionality. Thanks in advance.

Erik

If anyone can find a link for those at a reasonably price I'm game.

never been a fan of mud flaps, front end bras, chip guard paints, etc. have always felt that you can't keep them perfect if you drive them. Would rather have it look nice (without the protective pieces) than be a garage/trailer queen.

A quick look online indicates that there are aftermarket offerings in fiberglass. I assume the OE parts are not.

Reason for mentioning is it appears these things are $225-$275/pair. Maybe this is an opportunity for 6LE to come up with something already tweaked for the 4th gen Camaro?

yea, i paid around 200 or so at the dealer for these... doubt 6le will make them for less than 400$

Good to know - any chance you have a P/N? I work for GM and wondering if I can get an employee purchase for cheap

You like what 6LE offers, over what 6LE offers?

Ya I should proofread. I like the vette options way more than what I linked that 6LE sells. I always thought about 6LE ones but could never pull the trigger. The vette ones I would buy

Yes the OEM ZR1's are waay better than 6le's. Plus they prob have to sub them out to a Chinese manufacturer and you might get a set by Nov.

Maybe so, but those of us who MUST drive them every day, ALL year 'round, might think differently.
