I did mine a week ago, it looks SOOOO much cleaner. Mine was starting to yellow and looked really crappy against the white car.
I back-n-forthed some fishing line behind it to start it coming up, after that it will just peel up once you can get a grip.
The goop left behind cleaned up with a little elbow grease and a claybar, then a fresh coat of Zaino.
Much better !
