The OEM's are about 700 bucks---too much. I need one of those glue on pieces, but a good one. Hope somebody knows the good from the bad ones. The original piece broke into about a hundred pieces. Looked like broken glass.

the dashskin one fits nice if you lay it on top of the original even if it is broke. if you try and use it by itself which I have done before it will eventually start to warp due to heat and it being thin.
I've actually seen someone take the cover and use it in place of the original cover. They glued the end pieces on to it where your a pillar molding sits on it to lock it in place at the edges and it honestly didn't look bad at all. If I ever replace mine its what I plan to do as well
This is exactly what happened to me. I should have just dropped the coin and bought an OEM replacement.
