Who makes an SS Hood that is lightweight? I'm looking for an OEM looking piece. Something without a cowl. Preferrably a dzeus fastened hood.

Harwood made 11. I know where 5 of them are, and I doubt they are for sale, find one of the other 6 and see if they are for sale.
Because those hoods are PERFECT looking, good quality, and weighs only 11 lbs w/ mouting system.
