Default Couple of beauty shots of the GMC

Just dumping some pics of my GMC. Took a few beauty shots of it and figured I'd post up a few. I haven't been on here in a minute. Nice to see the site is still pretty active!

The truck has been a little project of mine. Its basically a frame off resto, full Escalade interior, 5/7 drop on 20" snowflakes, longtubes, 3200 stall, Truck Norris cam etc etc. Painted it with all the panels off, and then wet sanded up to 3000 grit and buffed 3 times.

I'm not a truck guy, but I would be proud to drive that one. Very nice.

Not a fan of the super low ride height or the very low profile tire sidewall for a truck, but the wheel choice works well and I LOVE the hood.

Thanks!

I've always had lifted trucks, so I wanted to do something totally different. The truck has 275/40s on all four corners now, so there's still some meat on the sidewall.

The hood was pure luck. Had a buddy order two, and he thought he had the other pre sold, but the buyer backed out. Love a steel cowl hood!

I love standard cab trucks. How about some shots of the engine and interior?

These were before I swapped the cluster and shifter handle.

Also found a pic of what it looked like when I bought it. It was a Florida truck is whole life, so it's perfect underneath with absolutely zero rust, but the FL weather beat the hell out of the factory paint.

Thanks!

I searched high and low for a while before I found this one. I refused to start with a truck that needed rust repair, and it had to be a stepside. It's not easy, but they're out there!

beautiful truck, the before and after is crazy! one day I'll get my 98 to that level, it's going to need a full resto here soon as it's been a New England truck it's whole life and the rust is really starting to get to it.
