Kinda on-off about it. I think they will look good once the car is painted though.

hmm need to paint car before i can pass judgement...but if your going with a black and chrome theme i think that might look sweet complete with white stripes.

Thank you for all the positive feedback. I like all the honest criticism too. The car will be silver. NO STRIPES. I have to mention that Pascual Marquez has only been selling these tail lights with the red lenses. They are on the Mule and Jody's car. Mine is a prototype for the clear tail lights. Again all feedback is appreciated. It looks better in the sunlight and I will try to get better pics soon.

I really like the design of the lights . . . clear . . . not sure, but with a silver car, you might be on the right track, very "monolithic"

I am out on the Clears. I think a LED set up would look good or something like the 94+ Lincoln Mark VIII use to have.

T/y Under the hood is a mild 383 stroker. Approx 400-425hp with stock cast heads. About all I can afford for now. With the 6 speed I got 20mpg highway when I went to the power tour this year.
Here are my engine specs:
Chevy Small Block 383 c.i.d. Stroker
10.5-11 compression
Keith Black pistons
Clevite mains and rod bearings
Chrome molly rings
Hydraulic cam
12250-3 comp cam extreme energy cam 240
Eagle rods
Cast crank
Edelbrock performer air gap intake[edl-7501]
1970 stock heads 194/160 valves machined for larger springs
Screw in rocker studs
Push rod guides
Rev limit 7,000rpm

That car is such a timeless design, its gorgeous. I wish GM would take that same body, throw a new ls2 in it with a modern interior as well as modern underpinnings and call it the 2007 camaro. It would sell like hotcakes.

Wait, I think that's what Nineball and Steve are doing to their camaros..... LOL, great minds think alike.

I was gonna say "HEY.. that sounds like my car"

I think the clear lights would look fine on a light colored car (silver, white) but would not work with a dark colored car..

Next thing you know they will say your white trun signal lenses are "rice"

Wow that is an excellent point you make Steve. I completely forgot about the clear tail lights up front on the car in the lower valance. Thats just one more thing that matches the clear tail lights. Good call on that one.
