Check out this Photoshop pic
The photo isn't perfect so cut me some slack in that area. I had to distort the hood quite a bit to get it to fit my car decently. It is still properly shaped, though. I didn't make the hood taller or change the proportions. So this would be pretty accurate.
Imagine the pieces are painted gloss black.
Roger of U.S. Exotics made this as a prototype hood. He makes a close version of the Firehawk called the Superhawk, but this is the Superhawk Outlaw. It has taller bulges and taller air intake nostrils. I like the more aggressive look of it over the shorter hoods.
I don't really care too much about others opinions, so you won't hurt my feelings if you don't like it. I mainly just wanted to share some ideas I had and stir things up.

Roger has told me he is at least a few months away from having this hood ready for production. Due to being a one man operation it might be longer, but he at least has given it the go ahead for production.
BTW, I had to download the webshots software to see the big pics. It's a pain because it will change your desktop pic and screensaver, etc. I just had to fix all it's changes and make it not load on startup through the msconfig command.

i'm waiting patiently for that superhawk outlaw.
I asked him why he made his hoods kinda "ugly" up front where it meets the stock bumber cover and this is what he said,
"All of my production pieces will be shorter not requiring trimming the bumpercover, since when you trim the bumpercover, it would likely force you to have to have the bumpercover re-painted as well, and run customers an additional $200 or so, that's why I abreviate the front of the hood so none of that is needed."
Actually, you can cut the bumper cover without having to repaint it. SLP did it to all their cars, so it's not a big deal. I also believe most folks don't like the idea of cutting into their cars. COUGH, wimps, COUGH. Plus it's one more difference to help keep SLP or SMC off his back for copying their design.
I think I'm the only person here who wants to cut their car and go through all the trouble of extending the hood to get one smooth seam across the front. so, sucks for me, good for everyone else.
As far as price, he usually charges $500 plus shipping. Might be a bit more depending on the hood. Still, it should be a great price for such a high quality piece.
