I like the hood, but not sure if Id want it for my car. Only thing I wouldnt want is the hood going all the way to the windshield. Plus, since its made that way, it would have to be a pin on hood and Im looking for a bolt on. So is it indeed the 5" Mike Moran cowl?

Hrmm...so if it can be cut, Im sure that I could get it in a bolt on. Theres no way it could be bolt on with the hood being extended all the way to the windshield.

Jeremy. if you get the hood as a bolt on theres no way itll open. itll hit the windsheild. just get a harwood cowl hood for your car. look up this website for the hood. www.eharwood.com

Joe, thats exactly what I was saying. Theres no way it could be a bolt on if the hood goes all the way to the windshield. It would definately have to be cut if I wanted it in a bolt on. Speaking of you, I would like a hood like yours for my car. Looks mean.

Harwood only offers 1 hood besides the stock style SS hood for the 98-02 and its a 3" cowl for $550. VFN has a 4" cowl for $450 and they are on sale right now.

Out of Glasstek, VFN, and Harwood, Harwood is the most expensive at $550. I wanna do an aftermarket hood mainly for weight purposes, but I do wanna cowl hood for a different look with my car. Do you have any idea how much your hood weighed? The weight between the 93-97 couldnt be much different than the 98-02.
