I noticed that they sell for almost 700 bucks. If anyone know the cheapest place to get a SS hood please post or send me a PM. Thanks.

So you wanted a clone not a genuine GM hood right? Cause the genuine GM hoods are big time expensive:

Some of the sponsors on here sell them. I got a OEM GM SS Hood for 1500.00 and then another 500.00 to paint it. Get a ASCD or GM some of the other ones have bad fitment . I dont know much on the RK Sport.

just look around for a used OEM hood. they usually sell for about the price of a new knock-off. If you're lucky you might even find one that matches your car's paint.

Just watch ebay and you can find a deal on an used oem hood. Like someone already said, you might even find one the right color. You might pay a little more for the oem hood, but from what I've read you'll be paying more in prepwork on almost any aftermarket one you get.

The hood isnt for me and the guy who wants it doesnt want to pay for the OEM hood. If i want another hood i would go with the 3inch SS hood from VFN. It looks awsome and aggressive.
