You can see my ghetto rigging of the 2-sided tape. Get a '69 Chevy bowtie from a '69 Chevelle and it will fit MUCH better. I got mine from ebay, it wasnt from a chevelle so the angle was different.

Looks great! I've got my panel painted black (mine is glossy though) and filled in with the '69 Z/28 logo as well and was contemplating putting the "Chevrolet" script there as well. Still not sure if I will do it myself but it looks good! Lol, I was actually thinking about using that nose badge too but decided against it since I have a '69 Z/28 emblem on my grille as well and I didn't want to have a new-style emblem there clash with it.

Thanks everyone! It was my first time filling in and shaving the Camaro script on the panel, I think it turned out pretty well, but probably something I'd pay to have a bodyshop fill in with fiberglass if I had to do it over again.
Both look awesome! i've been thinking about doing both of those, it looked to me in a few pictures that the nose emblem didn't fit snug in there (probly b/c the edges have a slope to them). i had thought about getting the nose emblem and painting it black (my car is black). and i woulda done that center mount '69 emblem (to go with my fender emblems ) but i my tag says "SLOWZ28" and i didn't want to put a z28 emblem right above that b/c i thought it might come of as being one of those honda's which have 'type r' plastered over every square inch of the car. -Jim
