Just wash it as you normally would, just use warm water and a little elbow grease.

a clay bar works great, if that doesnt work id try the aggressive clay bar & maybe some kind of bug n tar remover.

1. Wash/elbow grease.
2. Claybar.
If that doesn't work - sand, primer and paint. Sap, like bird droppings, will eat through paint if left on too long.

That happened to my car the other day. Luckly I have Zaino on my car so I just misted my car and dried it of and it was gone. If you dont have a very fresh wax job or zaino on it, I would just wash it like others have said. Zaino is awesome, its like a layer of film on your car that stays for months, makes your paint look new also. Zaino

Oh trust us... we're very familiar with Zaino (and more so with it's long lived debate). If you have some free time, search threads for "zaino". It will keep you busy until you die.

Wasn't trying to bash. I was just saying that towards FastMatt for him to search if he wanted to find out more as there are TONS of threads about it (as you already know).
