Your flames have improved alot since you started, especially the plain flames on the frcs and intake!
I also like the pheonix lid. The way it appears like a ghost coming out of the flames is , though you proved your ability to do figures in flames already.
As far as the blue/silver lid, I'd have to see better pics, but it looks like you have some fading on the edge of the silver, and I'd like to see this ellaborated a bit to give the whole bird more of a 3D feel that can only be achieved with paint. As it stands, at least in this pic, it looks like it could have been done just as easily in vinyl.

I am pretty sure its the dim lighting, and bright flash that takes a lot away from it in these pics... I'll try again tomorrow in the sunlight for better ones.
Don't discount the praise I gave you, too! You are gifted enough (and in the past have been accepting enough of advice) that when I see your work I not only see how good it is, but also what your capable of. For the blue bird, I just think it would be cool if the whole bird (blue and silver/white, not just the silver/white) had the shading. I don't know what you were going for, but think that would be cool...kind of car-toon realism .

There is no other word for your work other than amazing... VERY impressive. Makes the flame job on mine look amature (wasn't done by me - I'm no artist).... but mine are understated... how much do you charge for a job similar to that?
