Default New pics of the TA from a carshow today (56k stay away)

Took home a top 3 in class award. Not too bad for a daily beater

Good eye No- he was in a seperate class. It was an exceptional car tho (1966 model I believe). Only 28k ORIGINAL miles on that car Had original interior, paint, pretty much everything except tires.

Looks kind of flashy even for a Biscayne.

Congrats on the trophy! It's hard for use "new car" guys to get trophies at the local car shows.

I hear ya. Probably played oldies music too? Oldies seem to be typical car show music. Request any songs newer than 1965 and you're getting dirty looks

I got a pretty good deal on the wheels from a fellow forum member (trilogyZ28) slightly used, but MINT condition. New from CCW, they are I believe 2400 or so for the wheels. Tires are another 1000~1500.

Yep- drive it every day during the week- rain or shine. In fact, I love driving it so much, that lately, I have not even touched the Vette. It just sits in the garage gathering dust

That should be about a '61 Biscayne-Still nice to see people take care of old cars like that though.

Thanks. The springs are DMS. It really isn't that low. It ended up being about a 1.75" drop in front, and 2" in the rear after I took the isolators off...

Good job bringin home some a trophy for TFCC. I read on our board we took home three trophies in that show. Wish I could have made it out.

Good pics. Hurry up & throw that nifty little F/I kit on there your hiding in the garage.
Then lets go for a ride.
