The last issue of Hot Rod has a small article about "Casper". It still has the cowl hood on it, and there is at least one good pic of it in the article.

I dont see the v6 mustang in this hood...
As great as it looks on a drag car, Im sure it looks like a giant PITA from inside the car on the street.

It's too big of a hood...
go with like a 4" cowl or less and see if you like that first... Trust me, 5" is so much bigger on a hood in person than it looks in pictures.
If you get it, I just hope you're tall.

The V6 Mustang is hiding under that hood.

In all seriousness it looks badass on a drag car, but I think it's a bit much on a street car. Not to mention the visibility issue.

Sorry...off topic.

BBADWS6, your car looks friggin' SICK! Almost makes me wish I had a T/A. What kind of hood is that?

BBADWS6 has got a 5" VFN WS6 hood. I was thinking of getting the 4" version myself. I wanted the 5" hood but it's only for racing and as you can see you can't use your windshield wipers with the 5" but they look bad though.

IMO, if you go over the usual 2 or 2 1/2" cowl hoods, you need to be able to back it up with some serious hp. I love the hood on the black car, and BBADWS6's is one of my favorites. But I'm sure they've got timeslips that'll shut up those that think they're overkill. Mine will be getting the 4" VFN one of these years when it's not my DD.

Why have the hood stop there? Might as well seal the deal and have it swallow the whole car.
