damn stryker u need a part time worker i would love learn your paint and prep process...hey lawman ss what grits did you use please give me detail i currently bought a ls6 intake and and gonna have a local paint guy paint it red with ghost flames or silver with ghost flames still havent made up my mind oh and the guy is gonna charge me $175 to prep and paint...but i need to start sanding it....with what grits do i start with and end with and it there a pattern that i have to do it in???any tips would be greatly appreciated...from lawman ss or stryker which ever one of u guys want to go more into detail

As for the cracks, etc...I just folded the paper into little pieces and hand sanded as far into the cracks, etc. as I could...or that you could see. I didn't waste alot of time on areas that aren't visible or that are shielded by the giant F-body cowl...
