Default Removing side molding

Someone suggested i remove the side molding off my camaro. Is there a writeup on this or is it pretty straight forward. I dont want to start hacking away at the side of my car until i know what i am doing

thanks everyone

Use a hair dryer heat it up a little and start pulling. Then remove the glue with your thumb nail. Thats it.

You can use Goo-Gone to help get rid some the glue and stuff. Also you can wait for a really hot day. I just peeled mine off when it was the car was hott to the touch. Of cousre I live in So-Cal, that might help.

I bought some goo gone and it helped a LITTLE BIT. I used it on one side of the car but it was taking so long I just peeled the otherside off without Goo-Gone. You don't need Goo-Gone but it would help.

yeah the double sided tape was a bitch... none of it came off right, and i just cut my nails, so i had to heat up and roll the tape with my thumb.. it took so damn long and somehow i burned my thumb on something... big bluster but it looks a lot better
