I'm game for some stock housing projected HIDs. Bi-xenon or stock high beams would be awesome. Count me in for a set and good luck.

What Kelvin ratings will you be offering? 6000K or 8000K would be killer.

Keep us posted.

I don't think the market for Halos is half as big as the stock replacement market. IMHO

Well the halo's are out, not enough room to fit them without cutting off half the beam.

Im still working on the exact design, I think I am going to go with 8000k but it can easily be switched. I need to see what the color will be once they are "filtered" through the projector lens...

well i'm not gonna step on nathan's feet so i will continue work on the halo's. The first prototype will be, well not pretty. but it's going to be completly functional. If i can get it to work, i have a local plastics company who depending on the interest will be willing to produce a pretty version on the light.

And yes it is becoming QUITE a PITA.

I have never seen an exotic at night, but of all the cars I have seen I think that the Audi All-Road has the BEST looking headlights.

What just stick xenon bulbs in them? They're already projector lights correct? Also looks like they have a nice cutoff for the beams.

Well we wanna know what you and/or LS1_SS would recommend. You said it was much easier to do the foglights. Do either of you plan to make matching foglights?

i know i plan on making matching foglights, i was first planning on looking into the possiblity of putting the D2S bulb into the fog light housings. However i was going to do a bench test of this first, to make sure things didn't get too hot.

Have a timeframe?

I'm thinking of just buying a used set of stock housings to make one because i'm impatient. lol
