Default Sealed Beam to H4 conversion with Hella Freeform Housings (pics)

Finally got around to snapping some pics of converting from Sealed Beam headlamps to new headlight housings and w/ H4 bulbs. These are the Hella Freeform housings w/ hella premium 100 watt H4 bulbs. All that was required was an adapter to convert to the H4 bulbs and I can honestly say its a huge difference. I wish I took some before pics, but oh well. The last pic is simply showing the difference between the Hella Housings and Silverstar sealed beam housings. Looks so much better in my opinion. I also leave the option open to go to HID's with the same housings, but gonna save up some more until I do that. I am also using silverstars in the fog lights, which I've had hit and miss quality with. Until them, I am very very satisfied with these. Please excuse the so so pics, my cam sucks at night photos.

I did the H4 conversion, but I like those housings you have. Where did you get them?

They may have lights for the camaro. I'll PM you the website and you can give them a call, they were very helpful when I found out about these. BTW, these come with an adapter to convert from the stock plug to the H4 in case people are wondering.

Well I simply need the H4 because of the high/low beam capacity. I really dont know which one is brighter. Prob close if not the same based on wattage. Maybe someone else with more knowledge of this can explain.

Great looking setup. I plan on going with the Eruolights setup; HOWEVER InfinitReality recently told me about the 150mm lights at the Rallylights. These look PERFECT, but the price is killer.

Was looking at the site..not much info. Can us LS1'ers do with out the harness ($63.o0) if we only want the low beams with the H4 bulbs. I would like to keep running my highbeams independently. The housing themselves are not so expensive...the kit with the harness is 200.00.
