Default Hurst ****, let me know how it looks.

I love it, best part, 10 bucks

It wasn't the right thread size ( I think it was for a corvette ) so I had to tap it out, so it doesn't sit straight now, but I figure once it warms up I can get a lil more ***** into it and get her tight! For now I'm happy! Lot bigger than what I was expecting though.

Looks sweet, but you can run a nut on the handle first then run the ball on. That way it lines up straight.

That's the way mine is. The threads stripped off not longer after I bought it and when I got the new one from the dealership it had the nut to go under it.

Looks just like mine....in other words good, except mine's white

The nut worked fine in my case to line up the shift pattern.

Thats what i got, it looks so much better than the black. It's very nostalgic. My 69 Mach 1 has one in it too.

I can't wait till my white one comes in!

How is the overall feel?

What about the feel when shifting compared to other shift *****?

That looks great Manny! I have a white Hurst ball but haven't installed it yet. I was wondering if it would look strange with a Short Stick. Is that a Short Stick in the photo? If so, it looks great with the Hurst ball.

The black one looks great too, Sgt.

The ball feels good...nice and smooth, but not to the point that your hand will slip off if you shift hard. The white also makes it easy to find in the dark....lol....you know...just in case you have a female in the car and uuh....well anyways.

That's a ripper shifter, no short stick here.

Sounds good, with perks too . I hope mine looks as good on a LSS. Might be too low into the boot.

Mines with a LSS... I'll get closer picturs that show hight.

As far as white vs. black. I agree that white looks better, but it would have been so out of place in my tan int..

Short is right. At first I didn't like it. But now I love it and couldn't see it anyother way * talking about the stick and shifter *

But I agree, the white ****'s better looking in most cars. But with the tan it would have looke bad. After a year or so of driving, the letters will yellow and look bad ****, can't wait..

But I will have a white **** after I get done with my INT conversion to a 02 ebony camaro into with white seats...
