I think the one on Bharnz's post looks awesome.. you can see the double lines flowing up from the headlight assembly and the intake grilles match the "mouth" on the front bumper of his car.

Does NOT belong on any other car than the TA.
If people want to put it on theirs, then they bought the wrong car to begin with.
It was a Pontiac creation and has always been since the muscle car era, and should remain so.

I like it. Of course 95% of the trend ****** here will say "IF IT'S NOT A SS LOOKALIKE DONT DO IT!", but screw that. The SS scoop looks nice (and also common and played out). The Ultra Z looks like *** imo, and while I like cowl hoods they just dont seem as nice to me as the Ram Air II. So what that it was on a TA first. I think it looks mean, and I promise you almost nobody on the street will ever tell you anything negative about it.

i think that that is so wrong if u have a ram air hood u guys should of just got a trams am to me that is so lame a camaro is a camaro not no camaro/ ram air they all should off just both a trams am

I bought mine back in 01 when i first bought the Z and I must say when i take all the camaros to a show the Z with the Ram Air hood is loved by more people then the SS (liked by your more traditional muscle people) and 93 Z. It only looks right on a car with ground effects though as stated already. I like it on your car. I just put blackbird stripes on mine to match the Hockey Stripes.

so dont put vette style rims on you car, or center mounted exhaust pipes. or fuel rail covers,, Give me a Friggin break, do what you want to your ride,, well other than fart pipes, F-15 wings, or dingle ***** on the interior trim,,

Guys with the hood should have bought a Pontiac instead to begin with.
You sure as hell won't see me putting an SS style hood on my TA, if I wanted that I would have bought a Camaro.

i found that most camaro guys dont like anything that isnt damn near stock thats why most of there cars look the same .... and you cant point them out of a crowd ... i like the hood infact i have it waiting to be preped and painted. Will the person that started this thread please pm me
