Ok iv spent the day doing the different zaino steps. about 3 hours ago i put on z-5 and that **** still isnt dry! it was warm earlier but now its 60-65ish outside (in my garage)
so no harm done in driving it to the gym with zaino all over it right?
just want to be sure

Something is wrong...How much did you apply? Did you use ZFX with it?
If you drive it and then remove it, there's a chance that you could scratch it from dust, etc. settling.

Well, for 1 coat, you should have used about 1/3 oz. Much more than that and it's *way* over-applied.
You should *barely* be able to see it go on. "Liberal" coats and Zaino don't mix...it leads to greatly extended drying times (as you're noticing).
If it is still smearing, an orbital buffer probably won't take it all off. I don't recommend that method of removal in any case really.
It's just going to take time and possibly a Z7 wash tomorrow.

Sometimes when there is just too much excess, it won't really dry...kinda like when it's in the bottle, it's just sitting there with nothing to bond to. What is actually touching the paint should be dried/cured by then.
A wash should take care of it.
